Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Product unavailable after payment

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Minor color variations due to photography
• Products damaged after delivery
• Used or washed products

Return Conditions

Products must:

• Be unused
• Include original tags
• Be in original packaging
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method or bank account.

If the replacement product is available, customers may choose replacement instead of a refund.
